Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when we refund a payment and how cancelling works. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. "We" means the company that operates RapBooster, named under Company information at the end of this page.

1. Try before you pay

Every plan that offers a trial is free for 14 days, with no card needed, so you can check that RapBooster suits your business before paying. A trial costs nothing and needs no cancelling: if you do not buy, the plan simply ends.

2. Payments are non-refundable

Because you can try plans first, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for:

• monthly and yearly plans, extra users and add-ons, including an unused part of a period, a period you stop using, or a plan downgraded during its period;
• credit packs and Rappy token packs, used or unused;
• numbers and software licences once issued;
• milestones of a service once work on that milestone has started; and
• fees of third parties paid through us, such as Meta conversation charges, telecom charges, domain fees and advertising spend, which follow those parties' own policies.

No refund is given when a workspace, number or sender is limited, banned or suspended by WhatsApp, Meta, an operator or a provider, including a linked WhatsApp number, or by us under our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. When we do refund

We refund:

• a payment charged twice or in error, or for something we did not deliver, if you tell us within 30 days of the payment;
• the unused part of a plan's fee if we retire a feature that is a material part of that plan and cannot offer a reasonable replacement, as our Terms describe; and
• any amount the law requires us to refund.

4. How refunds are made

Refunds are reviewed and made manually by our billing team; nothing is refunded automatically through the payment gateway. To ask for one, write to [email protected] from the owner's email address or phone number with the invoice number and the reason. We confirm the decision within 7 working days. An approved refund is paid back to the original payment method through the gateway, or by bank transfer to an account in the payer's name, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval; your bank may take longer to show it. We issue a credit note for the refunded amount and its GST. Gateway and bank charges and currency conversion differences are not refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Cancelling a plan

• The owner, or an admin with billing rights, can cancel a plan at any time from Settings, Plan & purchases, or by writing to us.
• A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and then ends. It does not renew and nothing more is charged.
• Plans do not renew automatically anyway: a plan continues only when you pay its renewal proforma.
• You can undo a cancellation before the period ends.

6. What happens when a plan ends

When the last trial or paid plan of a workspace ends, every app closes at once with no grace period, no viewing and no export; only the owner can sign in, to buy a plan. The data is kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted, including credit and Rappy token balances, which are not refunded. Buying within the 90 days restores everything. Our Terms and Conditions explain this in full.

7. Services

For done-for-you services, a milestone's payment is non-refundable once work on it has started. Cancelling a service stops the milestones that have not started, and nothing more is charged for them. Work completed and paid for is delivered to you.
